I was away last Thur/Fri but I have since found out that you managed to get the Military Medals cards to us on the Friday rather than the Monday - thank you. The remaining order for the other medal postcards arrived very quickly too and the quality of the print is excellent.

I have spent the last few weeks bemoaning (ranting) the general lack of decent customer services from almost all service providers from the Royal Mail to large software companies.
It is common for customers like me to have to run through a labyrinth of online FAQ's that fail miserably to address the issue that I'm having problems with. When these useless FAQ's have been exhausted, it's still akin to Krypton Factor tests (AKA pulling teeth) to secure a working contact email address (often there's no response to reasonable requests). It can take an eternity to get hold of a real person to answer even the most basic of questions without paying for a premium number often based overseas. It recently took me 3 weeks to procure a coherent response from a wedding album company whose product had been irreparably damaged by DHL.
It's only when things go wrong like this that the consumer realises how good or bad any company is. I experienced a delay difficulty recently - through no fault of Colourcards, but from a large bounced cheque from one of my clients throwing the business account into disarray. In the days that followed, I managed to sort out the defaulted payment to my small company (a worker's cooperative based In Willesden). During this time, the communication and support from Colourcards renewed not just my faith in Brent's local businesses, but also reminded me that there are still UK-based companies who exemplify the professionalism in communications and service that I strive to exhibit myself.
Thank you so much for making a difference. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending your service to anyone I know who needs affordable high quality printing. I shall happily continue to use your service with the confidence that you have given me to do so.
