Photographs, illustrations, transparencies, computer disks and similar media: whilst we will take every precaution to safeguard customers' property, we will not accept liability for items that go missing either in transit, or whilst on our premises. All media sent to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery will be returned in the same manner.
Payment: We only request payment once a proof has been approved. However we do require full payment to be made prior to delivery, if payment is made by cheque or BACS 3 days should be allowed for funds to clear.
Proofs: No order will be printed until we are in receipt of a signed proof. We supply press calibrated inkjet proofs for your approval. The nature of the print process means that we print many different postcards on one sheet, which are then guillotine cut to give individual postcards. Every care is taken to match each card as closely as possible to your proof and it is very rare for us not to be able to provide excellent results. If you have a particularly demanding artwork or fine art application please contact us for advice.
Refunds: No postcard is printed until a colour proof has been approved by the customer. Once the proof is approved we will print the cards, pack and deliver. If the cards are faulty due to our production we will offer a free re-print.
Cancellation: Once your order and artwork have been submitted, we will send you a proof. If you wish to cancel the order after this stage we will charge only for the proof at £20. Once the proof has been approved cancellation is not possible as we will have started production of the cards.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
