Terms and Conditions
- Photographs, Illustrations, Transparencies, Computer disks and similar media: whilst we will take every precaution to safeguard customers' property, we will not accept liability for items that go missing either in transit, or whilst on our premises. All media sent to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery will be returned in the same manner.
- Payment: Full payment must be made prior to delivery
- Proofs: No order will be printed until we are in receipt of a signed proof
- We supply press calibrated Cromalin proofs for your approval. The nature of the print process means that we print many different postcards on one sheet, which is then guillotine cut to give individual postcards. Every care is taken to match each card as closely as possible to your proof and it is very rare for us not to be able to provide excellent results. However we can not be liable for colour variation. If you have a particularly demanding artwork or fine art application please contact us for advice.
- Refunds: No postcard is printed until a colour proof has been approved by the customer. Once the proof is approved we will print the cards, pack and deliver. If the cards are faulty due to our production we will offer a free re-print. We do not offer refunds once the proof has been approved.
- Cancellation: Once your order and artwork have been submitted, we will send you a proof. If you wish to cancel the order after this stage we will charge only for the proof at £20. Once the proof has been approved cancellation is not possible as we will have started production of the cards.
- Your artwork will be returned with your cards
- Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
